Bản tự xét hạnh kiểm là phần học sinh tự đánh giá ý thức học tập, rèn luyện trong 1 học kỳ hoặc cả năm học, làm căn cứ để giáo viên xem xét xếp loại hạnh kiểm. Viết đúng bố cục, trung thực và có định hướng khắc phục sẽ giúp bản tự xét đạt yêu cầu của nhà trường.
Bản tự xét hạnh kiểm là gì?
Bản tự xét hạnh kiểm là một văn bản mà sinh viên tự viết để trình bày về các ưu nhược điểm và tự cho hạng hạnh kiểm của bản thân. Bản tự xét hạnh kiểm cần trình bày ngắn gọn trong 1 trang, gồm thông tin cá nhân, ưu điểm, nhược điểm/vi phạm (nếu có), tự xếp loại và cam kết sửa chữa. Nội dung nên trung thực, rõ ràng, đúng quy định của trường.
Tùy vào trường hợp bản tự xét hạnh kiểm có thể viết tay hoặc đánh máy. Cụ thể:
- Bậc tiểu học và THCS: Thường viết tay, ngắn gọn, tập trung nề nếp.

Trong học kỳ vừa qua, em luôn chấp hành nghiêm túc nội quy của nhà trường, đi học đầy đủ và đúng giờ. Em tích cực tham gia các hoạt động học tập, xây dựng bài và giữ gìn đoàn kết với bạn bè.
Em không vi phạm kỷ luật, có ý thức giữ gìn vệ sinh lớp học. Em tự nhận thấy bản thân có tinh thần học tập và rèn luyện tốt. Vì vậy, em tự xếp loại hạnh kiểm Tốt trong học kỳ này.

Cách viết bản tự xếp loại hạnh kiểm cho học sinh THCS, THPT
Khi tự xét hạnh kiểm cho bản thân không chỉ hình thức đảm bảo mà nội dung cũng phải đầy đủ. Có nhiều mẫu khác nhau cho mọi người lựa chọn tuy nhiên nhìn chung đều sẽ không thể thiếu các nội dung sau:
- Quốc hiệu, tiêu ngữ.
- Tên văn bản (Bản tự kiểm điểm học kỳ…, năm học…/Năm học…..)
- Thông tin giáo viên nhận
- Thông tin học sinh
- Trình bày các ưu điểm đạt được: Mỗi học sinh cần liệt kê ra những ưu điểm của bản thân trong học kỳ qua hoặc năm học qua. Các ưu điểm nên được nêu kiểu liệt kể, rõ ràng từng mục như vậy sẽ dễ hiểu và dễ đọc hơn.

Lưu ý khi viết bản tự xét hạnh kiểm
